Making a claim is as easy as taking out the cover!

1. Simply click here for a claim form to submit.
2. Once received, we will attempt to contact all claimants as soon as possible to discuss the claim.
3. For theft: Your Toshiba Computer Cover claims executive will then authorise our supplier to replace equipment to the same or similar specification up to and including the insured value. Do not arrange your own replacement, as we will not cover the cost.
4. For accidental damage: Your Toshiba Computer Cover claims executive will ensure that your claim results in priority authorisation to our repairer to repair the equipment. Do not arrange your own repairs, as we will not cover the cost.
5. After a claim has been met and you want to continue with your policy you will need to pay a reinstatement fee.
